Cookiepolicy

Here at CAB Group AB and our subsidiary CAB Healthcare AB, we use analytical and functional cookies on our website to improve your experience with us. We use cookies to simplify and adapt our website according to the visitor’s wishes, choices and interests. Below we explain in greater detail how we use cookies and the choices you can make in relation to our cookies.

CAB Group's use of cookies may involve the processing of personal data. You can read more about how we process your personal data in our Integrity policy.

What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, phone or tablet (jointly referred to as “computer”). Cookies are set by us or one of our business partners and facilitate basic functions on our website, as well as providing information that helps us to improve your experience of our website.

The lifetime of cookies varies. A permanent cookie saves a file on your computer for a set period of time. When this time has expired, the cookie is deleted from your computer and then recreated the next time you visit the website. The other type is known as a session cookie and is only stored temporarily in your computer’s memory during the time you are on our website. A session cookie disappears when you close your web browser.

Why do we use cookies?

We use cookies to identify you as a unique visitor and thereby to make your activities on our website easier. Cookies allow the website to remember which choices you have made, so that you don’t have to recreate the same settings every time you visit the page. Cookies are also used to provide us with statistics and information about how many visitors we have on our website and which pages they visit. These statistics subsequently become an important part of our ongoing development work regarding the website.

What cookies do we use?

To allow you to learn which cookies are used on our website, and so be able to determine more easily how cookies will be used when you visit our website, we have grouped cookies into two different categories (necessary/functional and analytical), distinguished on the basis of the purposes for which they are used.

Necessary/functional cookies

Some cookies are necessary to facilitate various functions on the website. These cookies are required in order for our website to work, and they cannot be switched off in our systems. They are normally only stored in response to steps you take in the form of a request for services, e.g. adjusting privacy settings, logging in or filling in forms.
